The Joint Postgraduate Programme of Studies “Contemporary Medical Acts: Legal Regulation and Bioethical Dimension” was established by the Official Government Gazette 2201/02-10-2009, vol.B’.

It was amended by Government Gazette 3516/29-12-2014, vol.B’ and re-established by Government Gazette 3634/27-08-2018, vol. B’.

The necessary adaptation of the Establishment Decision and the Internal Regulations of the Program in accordance with Law 4957/2022, was carried out with decision 80048/30-06-2025 of the Senate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Government Gazette 3624/11-07-2025, vol. B’).
