Admission Requirements and Application Process
The maximum number of students admitted annually is capped at thirty (35) postgraduate students. Of these, at least 14 spots are reserved for graduates of Medical Schools and at least 14 for graduates of Law Schools. Any remaining spots, including those unfilled by these categories, are allocated to other applicants based on ranking.

The selection criteria for admission include:
- Application for participation in the Programme.
- Detailed Curriculum vitae.
- Copy of a degree or diploma, or proof of completion of undergraduate studies.
- Certificate of sufficient knowledge of one foreign language among English, French, Italian, German, or Spanish (minimum level B2). If the applicant does not hold a formal language certification, they are assessed by the program’s committee on comprehension and translation skills. A second foreign language certification can also be submitted, if available.
- Proof of research and publication activity, as well as professional experience relevant to the program’s field of specialization (if applicable).
- Documentation of participation in student mobility programs or related educational activities.
- Photocopy of ID card or passport.
The selection of candidates, as determined by the Academic Committee, is conducted by a Three-Member Selection and Evaluation Committee composed of faculty members engaged in postgraduate education. The Committee prepares a full list of all applicants, examines their applications, rejects those who do not meet the minimum criteria set by the department, and invites for an interview, where required, the eligible candidates who meet the prerequisites.
The scoring of candidates for admission to the Postgraduate Program is determined as follows:
Selection is based on the total points derived from the evaluation of the following criteria:
- Undergraduate degree grade, multiplied by a coefficient of 3 (maximum 30 points)
- Previous research activity (with at least one published work): five (5) points
- Relevant professional experience (at least one year): five (5) points
- Possession of a second degree: five (5) points
- Possession of a postgraduate degree or medical specialty: five (5) points
- Possession of a doctoral degree: five (5) points
- Foreign language certificates, beyond the first foreign language at level B2 or higher: five (5) points
- Personal interview, graded on a scale from zero (0) to ten (10). The interview score is multiplied by a coefficient of 3, resulting in a maximum of thirty (30) points
After the completion of the process, based on the evaluation of the submitted documentation and the interview, a final list of successful candidates is compiled (total scoring out of 9).
The final list of successful candidates, along with any alternates, is approved by the Program Committee and published on the School’s website and in the website’s News.
Appeals regarding the results may be submitted within five (5) working days from the announcement of the results.
The enrollment of successful candidates is carried out following a related announcement by the Secretariat of the Postgraduate Program, within five (5) days, by submitting any required documentation.
If a candidate fails to enroll within the specified timeframe, it is considered a rejection of the position, which is then offered to the next successful candidate.
